Al – Dakahlia Company for Petroleum Gases " D.P.Gas" has been established since 2003 as a plant in Meet Ghamr – Dakahlia Governorate, then it was developed to be a factory & moved to El Mahalah El Kobra
SPC was set up in 2010 to build, operate and manage a beet root sugar extraction plant and refinery. The plant is located in South EL Raswa, Port Said City, along the Port said – Ismailia desert road, 5 kilometres from the Port of Port Said. The region is considered ideal for the cultivation of beet root with an abundance of available land. The sponsors of SPC are Mr. Fawzy Shendy & Mr. SAAD EL-Din. Project’s investment is EGP 3.2 billion Egyptian Pound.
